At Kakhulu Recruitment, our unwavering commitment to prioritizing quality in service delivery remains paramount. While we strive for efficient delivery, we approach each assignment with individual attention and refrain from committing to blanket delivery times.

Our minimum service level commitment to our esteemed clients encompasses several key elements:

  1. Understanding Your Essence: Our initial engagement includes a thorough site visit and briefing to comprehend your company’s values, culture, and specific vacancy requirements.
  2. Rigorous Candidate Screening: Every candidate referred to you undergoes meticulous screening by a consultant, conducted either in person or via telephonic interaction for candidates located beyond reasonable travel distances. Be assured, each candidate, even those in our existing database, undergoes a comprehensive pre-screening process.
  3. Comprehensive Referral Package: Every referral includes the candidate’s CV along with a consultant’s summary covering details like current salary, availability, aspirations, and reasons for referral. Upon your request for an interview, we promptly initiate verification of ID, qualifications, credit, and criminal records. Current work references are provided when you’re prepared to extend an offer.
  4. Integrity in Placements: While our standard guarantee extends for three months, we affirm not to approach a candidate placed with you for another job opportunity, provided you continue as an active client. If a candidate placed with your company approaches us, we require them to notify you before re-engagement.
  5. Transparent Interactions: Any of your employees responding to a Kakhulu Recruitment advert or contacting us directly will be required to confirm in writing that they initiated the contact.
  6. Selective Referrals: For any assignment, we commit to referring a maximum of our top three candidates, aligning with the provided brief and within agreed timelines. In circumstances necessitating urgency, we may present an outstanding candidate ahead of the deadline to ensure we don’t lose a potential fit for your position.

OUR STANDARD PROFFESSIONAL FEE: Recruitment is 10% for positions below 500k Cost to Company (“ctc”) and 15% for positions above 500k ctc. The definition of Annual Package is Total Cost to Company, including all sign-on bonuses, share offers, and guaranteed bonuses. All fees are exclusive of VAT

For graduates and part-time placements: the fee depends on various factors such as demographics, stipend, and program duration, and we are open to negotiations. Typically, we charge a one-time fee per candidate.
